Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is Manufacturing Defect or Incorrect Product at the time of delivery.

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product with clear images or videos as proof.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Wholesale / bulk orders

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Refunds

  • Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

Exchange
